Who You Are
As a technical Responsible AI (RAI) Program Manager, you will support impactful and responsible outcomes for our client, our client's customers, and society. You and your other team members will work across feature and model development, existing and new regulatory requirements, legal, research, and design teams, as well as customers, developers, partners and more to ensure the safe, compliant, and responsible development and deployment of innovations for major enterprises worldwide.
Your contributions will help our team infuse the best responsible AI practices into products and experiences throughout the product ecosystem to ensure our client's products meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Responsible AI or related fields, such as Privacy, Security, Digital Safety and possess exceptional program management and communication skills, and a passion for responsible innovation at scale.
This is a full-time role that can be worked remotely; however, collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone will be essential. No third-party agencies please.
To be considered for this role, you must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.
The Role
  • Operationalize and manage RAI processes for product features and devices
  • Automate RAI processes
  • Mature our RAI operational excellence (time to respond within SLA, community engagement)
  • Engage our RAI community with our organizations operations know-how
  • Connect RAI processes with related compliance domains to streamline and uplevel collective compliance processes
  • Perform RAI reviews for legal and privacy teams to get products approved.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years PM experience
  • 2-3 years of experience working in compliance
  • 1-2 years in Responsible AI or related fields (Privacy, Security, Digital Safety)
  • Certifications: AI Governance Certification highly recommended (AIGP); other certifications a plus
  • 1+ year experience using generative AI technology in production use (e.g., data analysis, project management)
  • Strong understanding of digital safety and security architectures and mitigations.
  • Experience in conducting RAI reviews
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with data scientists and product development teams
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related technical field or equivalent experience

  • The offered pay range for this position is $100,000 - 120,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.
