If so, R & W Group has a great new long term temporary opportunity! One of our favorite financial industry clients is looking for a Legal Support Specialist. This role is critical to the efficiency of the company's legal operations. Our client is seeking a Legal Support Specialist to support the legal teams with administrative and operational tasks. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality. You would work in a collaborative environment and be expected to quickly master new systems and processes to support our legal team's mission.
In this hybrid role, you would manage documents, enter data, and work with various computer programs and databases to support legal operations and subpoena specialists as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage legal documentation and maintain organized filing systems
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in legal databases and systems
  • Support subpoena specialists with document production and processing
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Learn and operate various legal software programs and databases
