What You'll Do
  • Own timelines and task tracking using project management tools to keep campaigns organized and on schedule.
  • Support the successful launch of integrated campaigns across paid media, lifecycle email marketing, and vendor partnerships.
  • Coordinate and align internal teams, external agencies, and legal/compliance partners for essential asset reviews.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance, proofreading campaign assets, and monitoring tracking, routing, and operational setups to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive campaign documentation, assist with vendor follow-ups, and help prepare data for weekly and monthly business reviews.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or digital/integrated marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, with proven experience using similar project management tools.
  • Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing, including paid media, email lifecycle, and campaign tracking/attribution.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver capable of working independently with minimal direction.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience navigating compliance and legal review workflows, particularly within a regulated industry like financial services or fintech.
