Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome every client who walks through our doors with a great first impression — offering water and making them feel at home • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the proper individual quickly and professionally • Route and handle calls across Consumer Protection, Personal Injury, Estate Planning, and PIP provider lines • Handle intake confidently across several different areas of law • Use CallRail to track, manage, and follow up on incoming leads • Set up and coordinate the conference room and schedule its use for our two attorneys • Keep the front desk running smoothly and professionally all day long

Requirements: • Prior experience in a front desk, reception, or legal intake role • Hands-on experience with CallRail (required) • Comfort handling multiple practice areas and a high volume of calls • Excellent phone presence, people skills, and a polished, professional demeanor • Strong multitasking, scheduling, and organizational skills • A positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
