Compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health challenges, tailoring personalized treatment plans based on their individual needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based methodologies, fostering an environment of growth and healing.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, tracking their progress and adjusting interventions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy solutions, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility issues or those who prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in adherence to ethical standards and clinic policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in the field.

The therapist will work with a diverse client base, addressing issues including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts. Our holistic approach recognizes the interconnectedness of mental health and familial dynamics, allowing therapists to make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives.

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to maintain an efficient caseload and complete administrative tasks effectively.

• Experience in providing therapy for individuals dealing with substance use issues or dual diagnosis clients.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Interest in contributing to therapy group sessions or workshops aimed at specific mental health challenges.
