Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our growing law firm team. In this role, you will provide legal assistance to lawyers, and Paralegals. The Legal Assistant will communicate with clients, schedule appointments, provide administrative and clerical support to lawyers and other legal professionals; Manage documents, and communicate with clients and court personnel. Organize legal files, assist with trial preparation and efficient case management. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and witnesses
  • Prepare case-specific documents
  • Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
  • Schedule Depositions and hearings

Qualifications
