MontanaroLaw is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support our attorneys and staff in delivering exceptional legal services. This is a full-time, in-person position with opportunities for hands-on experience and professional growth.
 
Our firm focuses on key practice areas including Estate Planning, Criminal Defense, Business Law, and Traffic Ticket Defense, offering exposure to a wide range of meaningful legal work.
 
Job Summary:
The Legal Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring organization across matters, and helping maintain strong client relationships through professional and responsive communication.
 
Specific Duties:

  • Prepare and organize legal documents, correspondence, and files
  • Maintain and update case files to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with scheduling, calendars, and general administrative tasks
  • Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner, helping ensure a smooth and positive client experience
  • Support attorneys and paralegals with ongoing case needs
