Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

What You'll Do
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
    • Bathing
    • Personal hygiene
    • Dressing
    • Grooming
  • Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities
  • Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being
  • Follow care plans and caregiver instructions
  • Document care as required
  • Build positive relationships with patients and families
  • Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff

Qualifications
Required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current TB test or screening as required
  • Valid government-issued identification
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
  • Ability to document care accurately
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required for patient care
  • Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities
  • Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly
  • Ability to work in a home care environment safely and effectively

Preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile patients
  • Home health experience

Schedule & Flexibility
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
