Guest Service Agent (Front Desk)
Day & Night Shift Available

We are looking to add Front Desk / Guest Services Members to our team. This person will be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
This position does require weekend work.
Qualifications:
As a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Ensuring a delightful, seamless arrival and departure experience
  • Encouraging day to day up-selling of guest accommodations
  • Verifying all in-house guests and their status of arrival, departure, and payment
  • Handling guest compliments, comments, observations and challenges in a timely manner and effectively achieving full guest satisfaction
  • Communicating guest compliments, comments, observations and complaints to relevant departments and ensuring prompt and proper follow up
  • Resolving any guest issues as quickly as possible
  • Taking and cancelling guest reservations accurately
  • Processing guest sales and room charges and payments accurately
