At Legacy Retirement Residence of Mesa, your day as a full- or part-time Assisted Living Attendant - Caregiver revolves around enriching the lives of residents with every interaction. You greet each person with a warm smile, providing hands-on care that supports their daily activities while ensuring their dignity and independence are upheld. You document services accurately and report any health concerns to the Resident Care Coordinator, always safeguarding the confidentiality of resident information. During mealtimes, you serve meals gracefully, catering to their nutritional needs and making each resident feel valued. Your adaptability shines as you embrace additional tasks, all while maintaining a polished appearance that reflects your commitment to excellence in this fulfilling role.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
  • Current food handler's permit
  • CPR and first-aid certification
  • Fingerprint Clearance card
  • Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and employees
  • Willingness to work with the elderly
  • Completion of a certified caregiver course approved by the State of Arizona.
