Who We Are Seeking

Left Field Labs is looking for a Senior Producer, Digital to play a critical role in supporting the execution of website updates for a large technology client. We're looking for a proactive individual with exceptional organization and communication skills to help us deliver a high-quality product experience for our client. You should be a self starter with a solutions-focused mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Organization and thoughtfulness will be the leading qualities in everything you do, while focusing on a sense of timeliness and ownership to drive tasks to completion. You will work with a cross-functional team of creatives and technologists to deliver against project requirements and produce quality deliverables. You will be responsible for helping manage project schedules, budget, resourcing, and supporting the internal team's workflow.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Support all aspects of day-to-day project management, including ownership of specified project deliverables and workstreams
  • Support in agile product development workflow, including Jira ticket creation and management
  • Manage interconnected workflows across various disciplines (i.e. UX, UI Design, Development, and QA)
  • Utilize project management tools to ensure tasks are updated and properly assigned to team members
  • Keep project on track through clear task lists, organized meeting notes and action items
  • Manage and/or track project assets and documents 
  • Help prepare internal and client-facing presentations, including coordination of meetings
  • Support in resource management, including on-boarding of new team members
  • Manage freelancer & vendor invoicing
  • Assist in developing project estimates and schedules
  • Proactively identify ways to improve workflow efficiency and output quality
  • Work with team members to problem solve and keep project moving forward
  • Follow LFL's standard project management processes, including utilizing LFL tools & templates
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned by direct supervisor
Required Skills

What You'll Need to Be Successful

  • 5 - 7 years of experience as a Digital Producer within a digital design agency
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to clearly communicate with internal team to achieve desired results
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Team player who is positive and proactive 
  • Experience with Google Workspace (e.g. Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Experience with Jira or another project management tool, a plus
  • Client-facing experience
  • Agency experience, a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Compensation

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $155,000. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Culver City, California. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
