Job description

Location: Orlando, FL and Nashville, TN| Part - Time | Pay Range: $16.50 - $19.88/HR (Based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do
Prepare and Validate Show Orders
  • Pull, stage, and organize LED equipment based on reservations, show orders, and project documentation.
  • Verify all required equipment and ancillary components are available and accurate before shipment.
Ensure Equipment Readiness
  • Visually inspect LED products and components to identify cleaning, repair, or preparation needs.
  • Perform functional testing of LED systems, switchers, and related components under show-like conditions.
  • Complete quality checklists and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
Support Technical Problem Solving
  • Communicate equipment discrepancies, availability concerns, and repair requirements with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with Engineering to resolve equipment failures and support alternative solutions when required.
Build and Organize Systems
  • Assemble system racks and configure equipment based on project requirements.
  • Stage approved equipment for manifesting, packing, and shipment preparation.
Support Warehouse Operations
  • Assist with loading, unloading, customer pickups, and inventory movement as needed.
  • Maintain and repair shipping cases to ensure equipment is transported safely and securely.
What You Bring
  • 2-3 years of hands-on AV experience.
  • Trade show or live event production experience.
  • Working knowledge of AV operations, including LED systems.
  • Experience working with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • LED equipment knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to support evening and weekend schedules when needed.
