What You Will Do

  • Select, train, evaluate, plan schedules and ensure high employee performance, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel's Li Beirut (authentic Lebanese cuisine) Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.

  • Manage the Restaurant Dining operation as well as the Private Bar activities and its respective employees.

  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.

  • Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

  • Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel or high end Lebanese restaurant in the Middle East.

  • Must have fluent level of English & Arabic languages both written and spoken.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
