Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the leasing process across multiple properties
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants
  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units
  • Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements
  • Screen tenant applications, including credit and background checks
  • Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out processes
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and lease documentation
  • Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with property management for seamless operations and tenant satisfaction
