Real Estate Development and property management company is seeking a Leasing Professional (Tax Credit Certified) to join our winning Team! The leasing professional is responsible for maintaining all aspects of property operations, but with a concentration on the leasing, marketing, resident relations, and functions of the community. The leasing professional should have very high energy and passion to make a difference in the lives of our future and current residents. Our team members strive to provide the best customer service experience to all clients and customers.
Requirements
  • Communicate effectively and courteously with residents, associates, management, and guests.
  • Greet visitors and present the features and benefits of the apartment community in a professional manner.
  • Electronically distribute and follow-up on renewal notices to current residents.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated inventory of apartments available to rent in the property management software system.
  • Assist with maintenance service requests with appropriate documentation and follow up daily to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain marketing initiatives to connect and engage residents; post announcements, photos, updates, and event information.
  • Ability to create Facebook Marketplace account for leasing.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the community to provide a thorough and exceptional experience for residents or prospective residents.

Required Experience:
  • 1+ years' in multi-family residential leasing.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment demonstrating strong organizational and follow up skills.
  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and/or Rent Café CRM (or similar) software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Tax Credit Certification required.
