As Leasing Manager you will work side by side with the Lease Up Specialist to assist on all aspects of the property including, hiring and managing team, leasing, marketing, administration and operations over the temporary leasing office during the course of the lease up and transition into operations.

Job Responsibilities
Sales & Leasing:
  • Co-manage and train the on-site leasing team alongside your counterpart
  • Provide informative and experiential tours to prospects, both virtually and in-person
  • Closely monitor rates and pricing tiers to achieve target gross revenue
  • Become the lease agreement expert, providing regular guidance to your team
  • Closely track and execute the applicant and guarantor approval process
  • Generate, audit and track all leases and leasing activity
  • Manage all daily follow up activity
  • Assist the Lease Up Specialist in preparing daily and weekly leasing reports
  • Always be in-the-know on market knowledge and trends

Marketing
  • Generate leads through effective marketing techniques
  • Represent and continue to build the brand of your property
  • Manage and execute a successful social media strategy
  • Plan and execute exciting future resident, brand ambassador, and team events
  • Provide creative and unique ideas for promotional item design

Operations
  • Maintain a clean temporary leasing office.
  • Screen, hire, train, coach and develop on-site staff.
  • Create daily/weekly staff schedules and assignments.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Asana, Later.com and Google Survey is a bonus.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with Entrata or Real Page.
