Standard Enterprises, Inc., a leading affordable housing management company, is seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team in Ruston, LA. This role supports daily leasing and customer service operations while ensuring a positive experience for prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective residents in person and by phone
  • Conduct property tours and promote available units
  • Process rental applications and complete lease paperwork
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain traffic reports
  • Assist with marketing, resident retention, and office operations
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or leasing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of affordable housing programs preferred
