Duties include:

  • Processing rental applications for vacant apartments & houses
  • Running and reviewing credit screening reports
  • Obtaining written verifications of employment and rent history
  • Coordinating move-in dates
  • Showing vacant properties

Our ideal candidate would be someone who is able to work in a fast-paced manner, is highly organized, and able to multitask with great customer service. Prior leasing / property management experience is preferred.
