Requirements:
  • Manage all aspects of the leasing process, from lead generation to lease signing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective residents.

  • Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, conducting unit inspections and ensuring units are move-in ready.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents, addressing any concerns or maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate records of leasing activities, occupancy rates, and resident demographics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in multifamily housing leasing or property management is required.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively close leasing deals and overcome objections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software (i.e., Yardi, Knock CRM, Soci) and Microsoft Office Suite.
