Job description

Prior apartment leasing experience is required. Please do not apply if you do not have direct experience in this field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing & Marketing:
  • Conduct tours of available apartments for prospective tenants, showcasing features, amenities, and benefits of the community.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and lead generation from various sources such as phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and secure lease signings.
  • Follow up with prospective tenants and maintain records of communication.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide a high level of customer service by addressing tenant inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive tenant relations.
  • Ensure resident satisfaction by addressing maintenance requests, complaints, or other concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Prepare and review lease agreements, addendums, and related documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Update and maintain resident files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of resident events and community-building activities.
  • Support the Assistant Manager and Property Manager in achieving leasing goals and property occupancy targets.

Qualifications:

  • Previous leasing experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective and current residents.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Must be comfortable with filing and maintaining records, including sensitive documents such as rental insurance certificate
