These roles typically involve assisting with showing rental properties, processing applications, and helping potential tenants. Temp leasing professionals are often hired to fill in for regular staff during busy periods or when there's a staffing shortage. This type of position offers flexibility and can be a stepping stone to full-time employment in property management.
