We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to support leasing performance and resident experience at a stabilized multifamily community. This position plays a critical role in driving occupancy, revenue, and first impressions of the community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive leasing activity by engaging prospects, conducting tours, and closing leases
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to convert leads into residents
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through move-in
  • Maintain accurate records in property management systems (RealPage)
  • Support marketing efforts, including online reputation and lead generation
  • Assist with resident communication and retention efforts
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
  • Contribute to a team-oriented, performance-driven environment
