Who We Are
Located in Metro Phoenix, Biltmore Properties has been providing affordable property management services since 1976. With a great reputation and culture, Biltmore is looking to add an administrative assistant to our team to help support regional managers and the main office.
The Opportunity
Biltmore Properties is hiring a full-time, onsite Leasing Agent in Phoenix (85015) to guide prospects through a smooth, compliant leasing process and support steady occupancy. Pay is $20-22/hour, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcome and assist prospects in person, by phone, and email; answer questions clearly and promptly
- Conduct apartment tours and present available homes with confidence
- Support applications, screening steps, and lease paperwork while following LIHTC requirements
- Maintain accurate records, follow up with leads, and coordinate closely with the property team
- Use RealPage to track activity and keep leasing data organized
Required qualifications:
- Prior LIHTC experience
- RealPage software experience
- Professional communication, strong organization, and a customer-first mindset

A Typical Day
Your day runs Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a steady rhythm of conversations and movement.
