Join our team as a Temporary Leasing Specialist at Villas on McQueen!
Tuesday-Saturday Schedule / Temporary Employment through November 30, 2026
We're excited to welcome a Temporary Leasing Specialist to support the lease-up of Villas on McQueen, a brand-new 157-unit affordable housing community that launched in May, located in Chandler AZ. This is a temporary opportunity through the end of November-perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys being part of bringing a new community to life.
What You'll Do:
  • Lease apartments in alignment with company policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
  • Conduct community tours and deliver a compelling, personalized experience to prospective residents.
  • Build relationships with prospects, residents, vendors, and team members.
  • Follow up with prospects and assist in converting leads to signed leases.
  • Support outreach marketing efforts, community networking, and competitor research.
  • Assist with move-in and move-out processes to ensure a smooth resident experience.
  • Complete administrative tasks including answering calls, entering service requests, and maintaining records.
  • Support compliance processes and coordinate with internal teams as needed.

What You'll Bring:
  • Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday schedule through November.
  • 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Affordable housing experience is a plus!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to connect with a diverse population.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a lease-up environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20-$25 an hour.
