Hierarchy Breakdown:

Reports to:ย Directly to the Foreman for the area

Works Directly Alongside:ย All working personnel in his or her field.

Top Focus of this Position:

This person will work with minimal supervision to maintain and troubleshoot production equipment, including pumping units and ESPs, while efficiently managing assigned routes.

Lease Operator will have Knowledge and Ability to Perform the Following:

Operate and maintain pumping units and ESPs

Perform daily route checks to monitor and record production data

Ensure well performance and troubleshoot production issues

Conduct basic maintenance on equipment as needed

Respond promptly to call-outs within assigned coverage area

Production software for monitoring and reporting

Accurately document production data and required reports

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Lease Operating experience (required due to minimal supervision)

Strong understanding of pumping units and ESPs

Ability to run and maintain assigned routes independently

Comfortable with computer documentation

Must be able to drive up to 300 miles per day

Must pass background check, driving record check, and DOT drug screening
