Job description

Paint / Oil Operator 

Automation Personnel Services is looking for Paint / Oil Operator for a company based in Columbia, TN. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a trusted spring manufacturing company producing high-quality products. 

Pay Rate  
$16.00 per hour 

Schedule and Hours  
  • 1st Shift – Monday through Friday

Paint / Oil Operator Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Assist with paint and oil operations
  • Follow work instructions, safety procedures, production guidelines 
  • Stand and remain active throughout the workday
  • Lift up to 40 pounds frequently as part of daily duties 
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently 
 
Paint / Oil Operator Qualifications and Requirements: 
  • Willing to train the right Candidate 
  • Reliable attendance-Must arrive on time and ready to work
  • Able to pass a drug test and background check 
  • Must follow company dress code, including all required safety gear
