ABOUT THE ROLE

The Training Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining the training program for all roles on the project, ensuring that project personnel are properly trained on applicable procedures and standard operating procedures. This role coordinates individual learning plans with site training personnel, performs periodic compliance audits, and leads the onboarding of project resources to ensure alignment with learning plan requirements and site access, safety, and system access standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Training Plan Development: Develop a training plan for all roles in the project.
  • Procedure & Training Identification: Identify all procedures and training that are applicable for the project.
  • Training Matrix Management: Develop and maintain a training matrix indicating who is required to be trained on standard operating procedures.
  • Individual Learning Plans: Work with site training personnel to establish individual learning plans, if required.
  • Compliance Audits: Perform periodic audits to ensure project personnel are trained for the activities they are performing.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate training sessions as needed.
  • Onboarding: Responsible for the onboarding of project resources, ensuring compliance with learning plan requirements as well as Beeline, contractor safety, site access, and electronic device requirements, among others.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Required
  • Training Plan & Matrix Development: Experience developing training plans and training matrices for project personnel, preferably within a Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) or comparable regulated project environment.
  • Regulated Training Knowledge: Working knowledge of GMP/regulated training requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Learning Plan Coordination: Experience establishing individual learning plans and coordinating with site training personnel.
  • Compliance Auditing: Ability to perform training compliance audits and identify gaps in required training for project personnel.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Experience coordinating project onboarding, including compliance with learning plan requirements, contractor safety, site access, and system access.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong coordination and organizational skills to schedule and deliver training sessions across multiple roles and disciplines.
  • Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills to support training documentation, audits, and reporting.
Preferred
  • CQV Training Experience: Prior experience with training/qualification programs supporting CQV activities in GMP/regulated environments.
  • LMS & Metrics Reporting: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training compliance dashboard/metrics reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Experience working onsite and coordinating with construction, QA, engineering, and C&Q leads on training and onboarding needs.
SKILLS Technical Skills
