GP Strategies Corporation has a need for a Training Coordinator in Salt Lake City, UT. This is an onsite position and it’s a full-time, benefitted role. We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator who will play a role in supporting the end-to-end coordination and administrative tasks throughout the life cycle of learning events for our global client.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling, planning and coordinating the logistics of training events
  • Monitor and manage course enrollment for scheduled courses
  • Generating and delivering training reports
  • Support customer questions related to training offerings
  • Identify areas in need of process improvements and prepare recommendations for increased efficiency
  • Ensure accuracy of information related to learning events, conferences, or other meetings
  • Be agile and able to learn various aspects of the business effectively
  • Demonstrate the ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, and effectively carry out tasks
  • Participate in meetings as required
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience in coordination/administrative service or related field
  • Ability to collaborate with local teams and global clients both internally and externally
  • Attention to detail and must be customer focused
  • Ability to quickly learn new procedures, technologies and adapt to change
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Work hours will generally be 8:00am – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday
  • Candidates are expected to work in office 5 days
