Location: Sturbridge Green & Beckley Townhomes - Hilliard, OH 43026
Job Type: Full-Time, 32 Hours 
Pay Rate: $18/hr + Benefits

What You’ll Do

Execute various administrative functions including but not limited to:  

  • Entering the system and tracking maintenance work orders.  
  • Leasing and recertifications. 
  • Processing all accounts payable paperwork.  
  • Preparation and distribution of various community notices.  
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.  

What We’re Looking For

  • You have a minimum of 2 years' previous experience in an administrative, leasing, accounts payable/receivable, or customer relations role preferred. 
  • Property management and/or leasing background. 
  • You have general knowledge of section 8, tax credit and affordable housing is a plus.
  • You have proficiency in operating a computer and Microsoft Office Software.   
  • You have previous Experience with Yardi software is a plus.
  • You assist with application processing when needed. 
  • You have a valid driver’s license.  
  • You can pay close attention to detail to prevent mistakes. 
  • You are able to organize and manage multiple priorities; uses his/her time effectively and efficiently; and concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities.
