Flynn Calgary is looking for a Glazing Project Coordinator to join our team!ย The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager.

A Day in the Life

  • Work closely with the Project Manager, coordinating project schedules, materials, and equipment.
  • Organize and coordinate submittals
  • Review and monitor schedules and quality control
  • Review all contracts and accepted quotations
  • Write up purchase orders
  • Prepare material order sheets and review quantity takeoffs
  • Attend team meetings
  • Assist production with preparing prices

What We Are Seeking

  • Recent graduate of a Construction or Engineering & Technologies program or a related educational
  • field, or have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a construction environment
  • Previous experience in Glazing Coordination would be an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS office package, including MS Project
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Strong blueprint reading skills
