Principal Program Manager, PayTV Integrations & Customer Delivery

Position Summary

The Principal Program Manager (PM) will lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that enable the successful onboarding, integration, and launch of PayTV customers across TiVo's IPTV ecosystem. Additional to onboarding of products and services, the PM will be a part of an agile squad within the Customer Success organization, leading squad standup call while providing a kanban approach to the squads overall priorities. This role also serves as a critical bridge between other agile squads within the Customer Success organization as well as with Xperi's Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, and external customers, driving execution excellence while scaling operational processes, governance, and delivery frameworks.

The ideal candidate brings deep program management expertise, strong technical acumen, and a proven ability to lead complex integration programs that accelerate time-to-market, enable revenue growth, and improve customer outcomes. This individual will influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization, champion continuous improvement, and drive the adoption of best practices in program and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership

  • Lead complex, multi-workstream programs supporting Xperi's PayTV products and services for our customers

  • Drive end-to-end execution of customer onboarding and launch programs, ensuring alignment across technical and business stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation strategies, and executive reporting.

  • Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives that support growth, revenue retention, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.

Customer Enablement & Integrations

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts required to onboard new B2B and B2B2C customers and services.

  • Act as the primary program lead for customers, ensuring successful delivery of Xperi's products and services, across multiple phases of the integration; pre-requisites, delivery, testing, launch, go-to-market planning, and operational readiness activities.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Support teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.

  • Ensure seamless transition from implementation to ongoing operational support.

Process Excellence & Operational Scaling

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve program management methodologies, governance frameworks, tools, and reporting processes.

  • Develop standardized project plans, dashboards, status reporting mechanisms, and operational playbooks.

  • Establish scalable processes that improve execution efficiency while maintaining quality and predictability.

  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and streamline customer onboarding activities.

Agile & Organizational Leadership

  • Champion agile and PMI standards and best practices across your squad and programs.

  • Mentor and guide along with a team of other project managers, helping build organizational program management capabilities.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence.

  • Drive adoption of automation, data-driven decision-making, and program performance measurement.

Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Present program status, risks, issues, and recommendations to executive leadership.

  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and strategic partners.

  • Influence decision-making across multiple teams without direct authority.

  • Align stakeholders around priorities, dependencies, and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, technical project/program/delivery management, implementation program management, customer program management, product operations manager

  • Experience managing large-scale customer onboarding, systems integration, or platform deployment programs.

  • Proven experience in Kanban Agile methodology, leading a squad or teams priorities day-to-day

  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in technology, telecommunications, IPTV, streaming, media, or SaaS environments.

  • Experience managing expectations for executive stakeholders, internally and externally.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to influence across organizations and lead without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IPTV, OTT, streaming video platforms, consumer electronics, middleware, or connected TV ecosystems.

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, KMP, CSM, SPC or SA, or related certifications.

  • Experience working with IPTV ecosystems, content delivery networks, device ecosystems, or PayTV service provider environments.

  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), systems integration, and operational readiness processes.

  • Experience building and guiding PMO frameworks, governance models, and delivery methodologies.

The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000- $165,000 plus bonus and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
