Job description

What success looks like in this role:

* Provides guidance to assigned Client Delivery Executive team members.
* Guides team members through execution of Client Delivery Executive duties, including:
o Day-to-day client contact and interaction,
o Engagement across internal product, service and related teams,
o Ongoing service reviews,
o Issue identification and resolution,
o Documentation and reporting, and
o Revenue and retention success.
* Ensures team successfully plans, implements and executes delivery of contracted services.
* Keeps leadership advised of potential problem areas and team achievements.
* Allocates work and monitors team performance, offering guidance, coaching and corrective feedback as appropriate.
* Serves as a first escalation point for issues raised by team members, customers or other stakeholders.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
0-2 years' leadership experience
