Job description

The Opportunity: The Global Business Process Management Program Manager is responsible for assessing Global Private Client Group needs, obtaining strategic alignment on organizational goals and long-term vision, and managing all aspects of a program's implementation working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. This role will help grow the adoption of client facing digital tools for both clients and internal employees. Knowledge of personalization, AI, and collaborating with groups such as User Experience, Consumer Learning, and Marketing is essential. The Day-to-Day: * Defines, measures value, and prioritizes key features of client facing digital tools * Develops plans to drive adoption and usage of key features in client facing digital tools * Defines program scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders * Ensures program is completely and efficiently meeting the business requirements from ideation through deployment * Responsible for establishing and maintaining all timelines and budgets related to their section of the program * Coordinates with partner groups related to projects * Creates and manages vision and scoping documentation, program schedule, and project plans * Proactively manages changes in program scope, risks/issues, dependencies, and devises contingency plans * Coaches, mentors, motivates and supervises program team members * Develops best practices and tools for program execution and management * Works in a team-based, collaborative, and open office environment Your Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required * Client facing digital tools and managing their adoption, performance, and effectiveness * Work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment * Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence * Manage changing priorities, demands and timelines * Gain cooperation from several sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departments * Organizational change management practices Compensation: * $80,200 - $145,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
