Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Revenue Program Management partners with launch owners to help with operational planning and execution of new product launches across Walmart Connect. This role is responsible for driving operational readiness by partnering with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional Operations teams to identify risks, align stakeholders, and ensure launches are scalable, supportable, and successful. By serving as the bridge between Product and Operations, the Launch Readiness Manager enables seamless product adoption, minimizes operational disruption, and establishes continuous feedback loops that inform future product development.

The team leads the successful launch and operational readiness of new products within Walmart Connect by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations. They focus on risk identification, stakeholder alignment, and scalable, supportable launches. Acting as a key link between product development and operations, the team ensures smooth adoption while minimizing disruptions. They drive continuous improvement through feedback that shapes future initiatives. Expertise in program management, stakeholder engagement, change management, and risk mitigation enables the delivery of efficient, high-impact business outcomes aligned with Walmart’s strategic objectives.
What you'll do:
  • Drive and support scaling launch readiness for Client Services & Operations for Walmart Connect
  • Build and scale processes powered by data
  • Partner with industry experts in Operations, Sales, Product, & Engineering
  • Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify needs, execute processes, and monitor progress
  • Capitalize on improvement opportunities and adapt to organizational changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create and implement comprehensive launch solutions
  • Support change management across teams
  • Manage multiple launches by collaborating with stakeholders
  • Efficiently deliver solutions, align requirements, and resolve issues

  • Monitor releases for capacity planning, mitigation, and organizational impacts

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in program and project management, including planning, organizing, and executing complex initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of change management strategies and ability to lead impact analysis and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience with risk management tools and techniques to identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
  • Ability to analyze business metrics and financial data to inform decision-making and maximize ROI.
  • Leadership experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals.
