Position Summary

ExeQut is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic mid-market client account with five concurrent projects. The Senior Program Manager will serve as the primary onshore point of contact for the client, oversee program-level delivery across all five projects, and coordinate closely with ExeQut's offshore development teams. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to ExeQut's Operations Lead.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client's executive and operational stakeholders
  • Oversee delivery across five concurrent projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk
  • Lead client-facing meetings including weekly status calls, product reviews, requirements sessions, and quarterly business reviews
  • Coordinate with offshore development teams to translate client requirements into clear technical direction
  • Manage cross-project dependencies, resource allocation, and timeline alignment across all five workstreams
  • Track and report account financial performance, including revenue forecasting, margin, and change order management
  • Identify, document, and manage risks; develop and execute mitigation plans
  • Partner with ExeQut practice leads and offshore delivery leads to ensure technical quality and consistency across projects
  • Identify expansion opportunities within the account and partner with the business development team to convert them
  • Provide regular reporting to ExeQut leadership, including monthly account reviews and quarterly business reviews
  • Maintain accurate project documentation in ExeQut's project management and ERP systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in IT consulting or professional services delivery
  • 3+ years of experience managing programs with annual budgets of $3M or greater
  • Demonstrated experience leading engagements with onshore US clients and distributed or offshore development teams
  • Strong client management skills, including executive-level communication and stakeholder management
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Ability to work standard US business hours with flexibility for early morning calls with offshore teams
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in one or more of ExeQut's practice areas: AI/ML, AWS, IAM/PAM, data and analytics, or application modernization
  • Prior experience at a consulting firm or global services provider
  • Domain experience in healthcare, financial services, or public sector
  • Experience with Odoo or similar PSA / ERP tools
  • Familiarity with delivery models that include MENA-based teams
