Actively incorporate AI into the instructional design process-using it as an analytical and creative accelerator to ideate, analyze learner needs, and build instructional materials-and design AI-enabled management development solutions to meet the evolving needs of the organization
  • Needs Analysis & Program Evaluation: Engage with business leadership to understand skill gap realities within the manager population to inform design strategy of manager programs. Facilitate the evaluation of program effectiveness by analyzing live learner insights, capturing real-time qualitative data, monitoring operations dashboards, and presenting measurable outcomes to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
