If your ambition is matched by your work ethic-and you're hungry for a place where growth, impact, and ownership are the norm-YipitData might be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

About The Role:

We're hiring an AI Product Manager to help shape and grow our core application. You'll use new AI technologies to solve real customer problems in ways they love and that work for our business. This hire will join a strong team of UX designers, front-end, back-end, and data engineers. You'll speak directly with customers and help build the product that powers the fastest-growing business at YipitData-already growing 60% year over year, with every reason to 10x revenue in the years ahead. We have unmatched data. What we need is world-class user experience to unlock it-so customers can turn our insights into value at scale. That's where you come in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover sharp problems worth solving for our customers through interviews, research, and data.
  • Define clear product goals and success metrics that measure what matters to our customers and our business.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to build, test, launch, and optimize experiences that customers love.
  • Continuously improve AI product by guiding their improvement with evals and prompt/context tuning.
  • Balance quick experimental impact with long-term product quality and trust.
  • Keep an eye on the latest trends in AI, and bring fresh ideas to the roadmap.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Make sure our AI products are safe, reliable, and ethical.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience building AI products and 3+ years of product management or similar experience.
  • Strong user research and customer discovery skills.
  • Generalist knowledge of both engineering and design.
  • Familiarity with how AI models and AI agents are built and maintained.
  • Able to design and evaluate prompts, contexts, and model behaviors.
  • Analytical thinker, comfortable with data and experimentation.
  • Great communicator and collaborator.
  • Curious, adaptable, and motivated by learning.

What We Offer:

Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, perks, a competitive salary, and equity:

  • The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $215,000 with a 10% performance bonus, and equity.
  • We care about your personal life, and we mean it. We offer flexible work hours, flexible vacation, a generous 401K match, parental leave, team events, wellness budget, learning reimbursement, and more!
  • Your growth at YipitData is determined by the impact that you are making, not by tenure, unnecessary facetime, or office politics. Everyone at YipitData is empowered to learn, self-improve, and master their skills in an environment focused on ownership, respect, and trust. See more on our high-impact, high-opportunity work environment above!
