Job description

The Senior Product Manager will lead strategic product initiatives across the Provation healthcare SaaS portfolio. You will drive innovation, customer value, and market differentiation through agile product development.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy, Roadmap & Lifecycle Management:
  • Develop and communicate a clear, strategic product vision aligned with healthcare and AI market needs, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Conduct market research and define a long-term product strategy, maintaining and adjusting a prioritized roadmap based on customer feedback, market changes, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead all stages of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) from ideation to post-launch optimization, ensuring efficient Agile practices and balanced prioritization of backlogs.
Voice of Customer & User Research:
  • Conduct user research and analyze customer insights to define actionable product requirements, 
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering) to ensure smooth execution and alignment on product goals.
  • Present updates, risks, and trade-offs to executive leadership, maintaining clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.
Business Case & Financial Management:
  • Own business case development, including P&L, pricing strategies, and financial modeling to ensure profitability and ROI.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and use KPIs and data to drive future iterations.
Risk & Compliance Management:
  • Identify and mitigate risks, focusing on healthcare regulatory compliance and AI model governance.
Launch & Post-Launch Optimization:
  • Lead successful product launches in collaboration with marketing, driving adoption and revenue growth.
  • Oversee ongoing support, enhancements, and optimizations based on post-launch metrics.
  • Evangelize product adoption internally and externally, working to drive usage and revenue growth.
 
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • 8-12 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI as a productivity and effectiveness multiplier
  • Proven experience with Agile practices and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities and critical thinking in product strategy.
  • Deep understanding of user needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML technologies and data-driven product management.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions and drive product success.
  • Ability to travel 25-30% is required.
