Position Summary: The Manager of Talent and Learning is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance across the organization. This role supports organizational goals by aligning talent development initiatives with business strategy, improving productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Assess Learning Needs: Identify skill gaps and development opportunities through ongoing consultation with leadership, managers, and employees across the organization.
  • Design & Deliver Programs: Create and facilitate engaging learning experiences, including workshops, online modules, seminars, and team development activities tailored to various skill levels and learning styles.
  • Vendor Selection & Management: Evaluate, contract, and manage relationships with external training providers and consultants to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Implementation & Coordination: Organize learning schedules, logistics, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Evaluate Effectiveness: Monitor program outcomes, gather feedback, and apply data-driven insights to improve learning experiences continuously.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the talent and learning budget, forecast costs, and ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Career & Leadership Development: Design individual and team career development plans, succession strategies, and leadership pipeline programs.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all learning initiatives align with industry standards, organizational policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools to enhance and scale training delivery across the organization.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Champion a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and development at all levels of the organization.

Salary Range: $65,000-68,000
Requirements
Job Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications, such as SHRM or PMP are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related HR function.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and LMS platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, project management, adaptability, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and training metrics to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.
