In this essential role within our live operations, you will report to the Operations Manager and play a critical role in the safe and efficient operation of our drones. This position places you at the heart of Manna's operational strategy, where your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver a seamless, cutting-edge and profitable service.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage several Ground Operations Crews, including recruitment, hiring, managing and forecasting staffing levels
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and safety standards
  • Track and order inventory and consumables, ensuring adequate supply
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
  • Manage staff rosters, annual leave and sick days
  • Own the site PNL and profitability metrics for your base
  • Coordinate cross-departmental communication and escalate operational issues to the appropriate teams
  • Implement operational changes and process improvements, following the change management processes
  • Oversee staff onboarding, training, and assessments
  • Supervise and chaperone visitors to ensure compliance with site protocols
  • Process bi-weekly payroll
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • 2-3 years' experience in operations, logistics, consulting, project management, or similar fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent`
  • Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, or you can move there quickly
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
  • A proactive, organised operations professional who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • A problem-solver who takes initiative and drives continuous process improvement
  • An effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly across departments

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles when required
