  • Partner with onboard leadership and cross-functional departments to design and deliver tailored learning solutions that directly support operational goals and align with the company's Core Values and brand strategy.
  • Engage internal stakeholders to identify learning needs through comprehensive assessments, including interviews, performance observations, data analysis, and guest/operational feedback, ensuring training initiatives address real business challenges.
  •  Support shipboard leadership development programs-from strategic planning to effective on-site implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate high-impact leadership workshops, learning sessions, team-building experiences, and pre-shift briefings that strengthen capability, collaboration, and culture across the shipboard workforce.
  • Collaborate closely with the Human Resources Learning & Development team to develop, test, and pilot new training initiatives, ensuring readiness, consistency, and successful rollout across the fleet.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using data-driven insights (analytics, performance metrics, trend analysis, and direct feedback) and provide actionable recommendations to improve program quality and business outcomes.
  • Manage participant enrollment and administer post-training evaluations to measure learning impact, track progress, and identify opportunities for curriculum refinement.
  • Contribute to large-scale organizational effectiveness and change management efforts, supporting smooth adoption of new processes, behaviors, and cultural initiatives.


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in a training and development position that includes program delivery and assessment.
  • Prior experience delivering leadership content.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Previous people management experience preferred.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with a variety of staff levels in the company.
  • Demonstrated a high level of computer fluency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong Command of the English language, both verbal and written.
