Position Description:
Ardent is seeking a Virtual Meeting Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Meeting Manager, you will oversee virtual and hybrid meeting operations, ensuring reliable execution of enterprise collaboration platforms and conference room technologies. You will support high-visibility meetings, maintain platform performance, and ensure seamless user experiences across all environments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Oversee daily operations of virtual and hybrid meeting platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, Zoom for Government, and conference room A/V systems.
  • Schedule, test, and execute high-visibility meetings and large-scale events, including after-hours support as needed.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve platform issues and support system administration activities.
  • Maintain and update ServiceNow knowledge base articles related to supported meeting platforms.
  • Ensure readiness, functionality, and reliability of conference room A/V equipment, including Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, displays, microphones, and cameras.
  • Monitor and report equipment status, risks, and issues to leadership.
  • Support and track SLA compliance related to virtual meeting performance, response times, and availability metrics.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, AV/Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing enterprise virtual meeting platforms in a federal or large enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams (including Teams Phone), Zoom for Government, and hybrid/conference room A/V systems.
  • Experience supporting high-visibility meetings and troubleshooting real-time collaboration issues.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Active Public Trust Tier clearance (or ability to obtain).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
  • Zoom Certified Professional.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms for knowledge management and ticketing.
