* Onboarding Administration: Coordinate and facilitate new employee learning as part of our New Employee Orientation program.
* Coordinate Internal Collaboration: Coordinate and schedule tasking with internal company stakeholders to assist in learning and development programs.
* Analyze Learning Data: Gather, analyze, and leverage data to assist in building actionable insights surrounding employee learning and engagement.
* Facilitate Employee Learning Opportunities: Assist other members of the Talent Development team in building and deploying learning resources across various company functions.
* Coordinate Learning Programs: Track and organize employee professional development requests, tuition assistance program requests, and external learning requests. Coordinate with Talent Development leadership to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of these learning program resources to employees.
* Interface with External Vendors: Collaborate with vendors to track invoicing, product delivery, and product or course evaluations.
* Gather Employee Learning Feedback: Facilitate and track employee feedback as part of routine data and analysis. Who You Are (Required): * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or Education is preferred, or equivalent full-time professional experience.
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed
