Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Partners with the Training office team, Project Management office and others to create a curriculum and coordinate all logistics of training, registration, testing, evaluation, reporting.

Administer, configure, and maintain the LMS; safeguard data integrity; build automated reporting; document configuration; establish self-service governance. Provides LMS support alongside the operational team to keep ticket resolution within SLA.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.
  • Four (4) year college degree preferably in computer science, instructional design/learning technology, education or other computer related degree.
  • Outstanding computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including Captivate, Articulate, MS Office and current Internet and e-learning technologies.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ relevant LMS experience or comparable software experience.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices and project management experience.
  • Ability to manage and direct multiple projects.
  • Experience preparing metrics reports and analysis for management.
  • Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
  • Data management / data-integrity skills.
  • Enrollment / auto-enrollment / notifications / read-and-sign configuration proficiency.
  • Ability to build/maintain automated reports and compliance dashboards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA Home Health Care and The BAYADA Way.
  • Manage projects such as new installation, upgrades, deployment and operation of all LMS products and services.
  • Directly oversee all projects with business owners, instructors, subject matter experts and instructional designers to determine business requirements for learning systems.
  • Collaborate with key business owners and instructional designers to develop strategy, processes and standards to expand use of virtual classroom, tracking and certification processes.
  • Design and ensure effective implementation of learning strategies through the LMS; make necessary changes to continually enhance learning effectiveness based upon evaluations and metric analyses.
  • Maintain LMS database including records of CEU and other credits and program attendees.
  • Partner with the TRN office team, PMO office and others to create a curriculum and coordinate all logistics of training, registration, testing, evaluation, reporting.
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend proven enhancements to existing products, services and technologies and administer all changes for improvement.
  • Work closely with the OPS, AD, and IS offices and manage all issues surrounding the LMS including Help Desk support.
  • Implement the transition of training and all metrics reporting requirements through the LMS.
  • Build and manage relationship with LMS vendor on all issues and updates as needed.
  • Serve as LMS subject matter expert and promote/facilitate its use throughout the organization.
  • LMS data integrity audits (job title, manager, status, office allocation, credits).
  • Automated/scheduled reporting ownership (enrollment, completion, compliance).
  • Enrollment / auto-enrollment / notifications / read-and-sign configuration
  • Root-cause and ticket-theme analysis.
  • Self-service / decentralization governance framework.
  • SOP and configuration documentation (eliminate single-point-of-failure).
  • Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
  • Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
