    Instruction Designer

    Job Description:

    • Analyze learning gaps and designs clear instructional materials for online, in-person, or blended programs
    • Find training gaps and set clear, measurable learning goals
    • Write scripts, build storyboards, and design interactive multimedia tools.
    • Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring software to launch courses.
    • Review learner feedback and test scores to update and improve training materials.

    Skill Set: Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud (Audio, Video), Familiarity with uploading, organizing, and tracking course completion (xAPI, SCORM, AICC) Writing clear, concise copy, scripts, and storyboards for various mediums, translating dense, complex information from Subject Matter Experts into accessible, digestible content, Assessing the effectiveness of training programs using models

    Compensation and Benefits

    A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
