Job description

College Intern - Clinical Institutes/Care Transformation

Our network includes 16 community-based hospitals, a long-term acute care facility, home health services, outpatient centers, and thousands of physicians. We are seeking a College Intern to support our Clinical Institutes/Care Transformation team. This is a PRN role (~10 hours per week), traditionally aligned with the academic year (August - May). However, due to several active initiatives, we are open to candidates who are available to begin earlier in the summer.
Position Overview
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to care transformation initiatives while gaining exposure to a large, integrated health system. The intern will support ongoing projects, participate in departmental activities, and have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support clinical institute and care transformation projects and initiatives
  • Assist with research, data collection, and project coordination activities
  • Participate in meetings, team discussions, and cross-functional collaboration
