Senior Learning & Development Specialist 

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly engaged and experienced Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our Global L&D team.  This role is responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that strengthen manager capability, enhance organizational effectiveness, and improve employee engagement across a global workforce, in line with business goals and strategies.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging learning content for instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning formats aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual manager training programs, learning workshops, and development sessions.
  • Lead the delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of core learning programs.
  • Partner with internal teams to create learning and HR-related content for employee-facing platforms.
  • Plan and support employee engagement initiatives that align with learning and development priorities.
  • Contribute to initiatives and programs that support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to assess learning needs and develop practical, effective solutions.
  • Use data, feedback, and program outcomes to measure learning effectiveness and guide continuous improvement.
  • Administer and support the Learning Management System, including course setup, learner assignments, records management, reporting, troubleshooting, and ongoing system maintenance.


Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning and Development.
  • Strong instructional design and content development experience.
  • Experience facilitating training programs and workshops; manager or leadership development experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with learning management systems, such as Workday and Cornerstone.
  • Professional presence and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, including executives.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to complete other assignments and responsibilities as directed.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, as required.
