The Manager, Leadership & Learningis responsible fordesigning and delivering leadership andcapabilitybuildinginitiatives that strengthen supply chain performance, enable transformation, and support ahighperforming,futurereadyorganization. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of leadership and learning strategies that support Global Supply Chain strategy, transformation initiatives, and operational excellence.

  • Partner with Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation leaders toidentifycapability gaps and translate them into targeted learning and development solutions.

  • Develop and deliver global leadership programs, workshops, and learning pathways aligned to current and future supply chain needs.

  • Manage learning initiatives across regions, ensuring consistency while allowing for local business and cultural considerations.

  • Measure effectiveness of leadership and learning programs using defined metrics and adjust approaches to maximize impact.

  • Collaborate with HR, Talent, and external partners to integrate best practices and innovative learning approaches.

  • Support change management and transformation efforts by embedding learning into strategic programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degreerequired(Business, Supply Chain, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field).

  • Master's degree (MBA, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related field) preferred.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Minimum of6-8 yearsof progressive experience in leadership development, learning, organizational development, or a related field, ideally within supply chain, operations, or a complex global organization.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership and learning programs that support business strategy and transformation.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders andcrossfunctionalteams.

  • Experience working in a global or matrixed environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience supportinglargescaletransformation or change initiatives within supplychain or operations.

  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, leadership frameworks, and learning technologies.

  • Experience collaborating with external vendors or consultants on learning solutions.
