Learning & Development Coordinator

Randolph- Hybrid | Full-Time

The Learning & Development Coordinator supports May Institute’s training operations by managing orientation logistics, tracking certifications, compliance documentation, and cross-functional communication. This role ensures seamless training delivery and accurate recordkeeping that directly supports our mission to promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate New Hire Orientation attendance, reporting, badge creation, and training progression scheduling.
  • Manage recertification enrollment, compliance tracking, and LMS documentation updates.
  • Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly audits of training and certification records.
  • Support internal and external audits with complete, accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate training logistics including room scheduling, materials, vendor communication, and last-minute adjustments.
  • Manage the L&D team inbox, team scheduling, supply ordering, and internal communications.
  • Create promotional materials and track L&D invoices for fiscal accountability.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for L&D inquiries, directing questions appropriately and ensuring timely, professional responses.
Qualifications
