Senior Learning & Development Specialist
JobDescription:
We are seekinga highly engaged and experienced Senior Learning and Development Specialist tojoin our Global L&D team. This roleis responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning solutions thatstrengthen manager capability, enhance organizational effectiveness, andimprove employee engagement across a global workforce, in line with businessgoals and strategies.
EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop engaging learning content for instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning formats aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual manager training programs, learning workshops, and development sessions.
  • Lead the delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of core learning programs.
  • Partner with internal teams to create learning and HR-related content for employee-facing platforms.
  • Plan and support employee engagement initiatives that align with learning and development priorities.
  • Contribute to initiatives and programs that support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to assess learning needs and develop practical, effective solutions.
  • Use data, feedback, and program outcomes to measure learning effectiveness and guide continuous improvement.
  • Administer and support the Learning Management System, including course setup, learner assignments, records management, reporting, troubleshooting, and ongoing system maintenance.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning and Development.
  • Strong instructional design and content development experience.
