Key Responsibilities

Content Creation, Vision & Transformation

Delivery, Facilitation & Program Design

  • Deliver confident and highly engaging facilitation, leading and managing diverse audiences in both live virtual (Zoom/Teams) and in-person environments.

  • Build structured curriculum rooted in instructional design models and adult learning principles to drive clear behavioral change.

  • Develop continuous learning paths to drive continuous improvement in our sales teams.

  • Manage and deploy learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS) and create interactive modules using advanced authoring tools.

Operational Adaptability & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Quickly learn complex, unfamiliar products, financial services, or business landscapes and translate them into simple, effective training programs.

  • Partner with L&D leadership and sales subject matter experts to align learning solutions with complex sales objectives, cycles, and methodologies.

  • Rapidly evaluate and adjust training material to ensure alignment with continuously evolving product-lines.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 3 years of experience designing and producing instructional materials from scratch (for example: digital learning, quick-reference resources, video content, facilitator guides).

  • At least 2 years of experience facilitating training in virtual and in-person environments.

  • At least 1 year of experience utilizing and integrating Artificial Intelligence applications throughout the learning design, development, and delivery process.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree

  • 1+ year of experience utilizing the Google Suite of business applications.

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and delivery.

  • 2+ years of experience working within, training, or supporting a sales organization.

  • 1+ years of experience with auto sales or financial services.

  • 2+ years of experience managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS) or creating interactive learning modules using Articulate Rise or Adobe Creative Suite.
