About the role:
Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. The L&D Program Manager (Corporate) isresponsible for designing, developing, coordinating, and executing key learning and development programs that build critical capabilities and support organizational goals. Partners closely with stakeholders to identify current and future skill needs, analyze performance gaps, and recommend effective learning solutions. Leverages data, learning technology, and modern instructional practices to measure impact, improve performance, and support a culture of continuous learning. Conducts ongoing assessment and analysis to identify emerging development needs and evolves programs accordingly.
What you'll get to do:
  • Develop, manage, and continuously improve core Learning & Development programs aligned with business priorities. This includes identifying resource needs, managing project schedules, and measuring program effectiveness. Programs may include onboarding, leadership and manager development, coaching, continuing education, certifications, and content curation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to understand business challenges, anticipate capability needs, and co-create learning solutions that drive performance and support change initiatives.
  • Design and build engaging, learner-centered L&D content and resources across multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, eLearning, blended, coaching, job aids, and performance support tools), applying adult learning principles and learning science.
  • Facilitate and/or deliver live training sessions, workshops, and cohort-based learning experiences in both in-person and virtual environments, adapting delivery to diverse audiences.
  • Use data, feedback, and learning analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, track outcomes, and continuously improve learning experiences.
  • Leverage learning technologies (e.g., LMS/LXP, digital content platforms) and explore AI-enabled tools to enhance learning design, personalization, and efficiency.
  • Enable managers and leaders to reinforce learning through toolkits, coaching guides, and practical application resources.

  • Foundational digital and AI fluency, with the ability to explore and responsibly apply new tools to enhance learning outcomes
